Are the pickups handmade to order?
Many of our models are hand-wound and assembled in our workshop. While we maintain stock of popular models, some custom configurations may require a short lead time for production.
What is your return policy for installed pickups?
We offer a 14-day return period for unused items in original packaging. However, once a pickup has been installed or the lead wires have been cut, it is no longer eligible for a standard return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
